No, Guard Part A is a propriety soap technology that works by getting under contaminants and lifting them off the surface instead of a chemical reaction (acid) or oxidizing (bleach) surfaces that can change coloration and break down the composition of some surfaces such as vinyl.
No, Guard Cleaner is designed to be applied with a bucket and soft bristle brush then washed off with a garden hose attached to a clean municipal water supply.

Yes, Guard Products are designed for use on most painted surfaces and substrates.
Yes, Guard Products will not effect the color or structure of vinyl siding or gutters. In the case of vinyl siding a powder washer is not required therefore water is not forced behind the siding and into the building walls. In the case of gutters, power washing can strip layers of the thin finish causing the gutter to be discolored. By using Guard Cleaner a soft brush is all that is required.

Heavy overspray on a surface such as polished stone and tile could become slippery until the product completely dries.
Guard Sealer / Lubricant does not stain or “wet out” sone, cast concrete, concrete, stucco, etc.
This has to do with the manufacturer cleaning schedule, how close the product is to harsh areas like, Oceans , Dust, Chemical Fall Out, etc. In most cases a cleaning every 6 months with Guard Cleaner and an application of Guard Sealer / Lubricant once per year should be sufficient (for products requiring Guard Sealer / Lubricant).
